Job description:
- Participates in all activities in the field of human resources from employment to termination of employment - job description, probation, performance management, benefits, analytics, exit procedures, etc .
- Monitors developments in the human resources market, maps the market and services that exist in the market
- Provides advice and plays a major role in work reviews and change processes;
- Works on employee engagement strategy and activities;
- Informs employees about learning and development possibilities, mandatory trainings, organizes external soft skills courses etc
- Works closely with key stakeholders to analyze and define training and development needs
- Improves and works on the development and implementation of corporate culture and values
- Participation in the design and implementation of employment strategies
- Regular monitoring, coordination, planning of recruitment processes and capacities; proposing improvement measures
- Leading the sourcing and selection process
- Providing support to Leaders and Candidates in the selection process
- Actively search for Candidates through appropriate platforms and sources
- Preparation and publication of advertisements and job descriptions and other relevant materials
- Review and evaluate received biographies of Candidates
- Organizing and conduction virtual and on-site interviews
- Keeping a database of candidates and support related for the internal recruitment platform
- Providing support in preparing and communicating the job offers
- Cooperation with other local, regional and global locations within the company in order to exchange information, experiences and good practices in the domain of recruitment and candidate selection
- Providing support for the implementation of the employer branding strategy through the role of the brand-ambassador
- Participation in employment fairs and similar events for the purpose of promoting employer and current employment opportunities;
- Cooperation with other HR colleagues in order to continuously improve the HR department
- Maintain and influence a workforce planning solution and monitor actual and forecasted FTE against budgets and variance
- Running all necessary processes in system
- Coordinate and communicate with staffing agencies

Job requirements:
- University diploma (VII)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same or similar positions
- English – excellent, active
- Experience in IT industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility
