We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team in Belgrade and help us build new teams and drive the top talent candidates to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies. We are willing to consider candidates without direct experience in IT recruitment, who demonstrate a strong interest in IT Recruitment and the ability to pick it up quickly. We are willing to invest in training such candidates.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance
- Develop and track recruitment strategies to create an effective sourcing plan for top talent
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews and feedback for all levels of candidates
- Engage and activate passive candidates by following the best practices and programs
- Create a pool of candidates through job fairs, social networking, community organizations, internet data mining, and media channels and conduct other sourcing activities in order to fill in open positions
- Help organize and represent the company at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
- Create great candidate experience
- Support the company’s employer branding strategy
- Deliver first class on-boarding experience for our new colleagues
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT companies or at least in some other industry with high demand
- In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Hands on experience with Boolean searches, job boards and social media
- Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods for ”hard to fill” roles
- Strong communication skills in English

- Understanding of software development process and technologies
- Well connected within the IT community, with a large personal network of candidates
- Previous involvement in employer branding activities and events
- Experience in on-boarding process for new joiners
