Job Description

► Responsible for Industrial Engineering topics (Time Data management, Ergonomics, Standardized Work support, Equipment Design and Provision)

► Leading the teams or being an active team member in the Continuous Improvement projects with production and supporting units

► Observe and evaluate the work system layout, workload, balancing and ergonomics, in order to continually eliminate wasteful activities and improve the productivity, equipment utilization and quality

► Design new working methods; support in standardized work definition and personnel training

► Design new work system equipment

► Confirm the implemented measures in a transparent way; report concisely with key data working in the established KPI framework

► Using Lean methodologies, continuously eliminate the wasteful activities toward the productivity improvement

► Maintain contact with relevant departments within the plant and build your own BOSCH network with Lead Plants and Central Departments

Qualifications

►University degree: Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or Organizational Sciences (master)

► Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is an advantage, especially Automotive

► Experience with Lean methodologies, methods-time measurement and/or ergonomics is a major advantage

► Experience with quality management systems and tools is a major advantage

► Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software is an advantage, especially SAP

► Very good ability to work both individually and in multidisciplinary teams and tight deadlines

► Very good analytical, creative thinking & time management skills

► Very good communication, motivation, coordination and time management skills

► Very good command of English language, spoken and written

► Very good knowledge of MS-Office package, especially Excel

► Good adaptability in Computer Aided Design software
