Job Description

► Support in the printing and archiving of documentation related to human resource administration and process coordination;

►Support in the archiving and delivery of employment certificates to the employees;

► Support in forming and maintaining employee records;

► Support for internal database updates;

► Updating databases internally;

► Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related inquiries and administrative inquiries;

Qualifications

► Good communication and organizational skills;

► Business proficiency in English language;

► Basic understanding of overall HR processes;

► Charismatic team player, with eagerness to learn and further develop within the HR area;

► Last academic year or recent graduate (Faculty of Economics, FON or similar);
