Job Description► Internal communication support for print, online and digital media ► Creating and distributing bilingual announcements, news, and visuals ► Driving and supporting Internal Communication initiatives ► Preparing company magazine and blogs ► Support for internal and external events, activities and campaigns ► Support with conveniences contract, administration and accurate record-keeping of different internal documents ► Promo materials logistics organization |
Qualifications► Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills ► English language fluency is a must ► Good knowledge of MS Office tools ► Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability ► Good at generating new ideas and improvements ► Self-driven, creative and dynamic personality ► Willingness to constantly learn, grow and inspire |
