Job Description► Handling and follow up of open customs declarations for worldwide shipments ► Close cooperation with international transport service providers to clarifying open customs declarations ► Process follow up and optimization with IT tools (e.g. Excel with VBA, Power BI, BOT programming) ► Reporting of status and critical cases to process responsible in Karlsruhe | Qualifications► Practical experience in customs topics (customs regulations, documents, handling of export shipments etc.) ► General understanding of logistics process ► Working Accuracy, detail oriented ► Communication skills in English ► Medium German skills (read and understand documents, join trainings in German) |
