Java Software Developer

Belgrade

Required experience and skills:

• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with its ecosystems
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (MySQL)
• Knowledge of ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience with test-driven development
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven, Gradle and Ant
• Knowledge of popular Java IDE (NetBeans, Eclipse)

Additional desired skills:

• Linux command line fluency (bash, awk, ssh...)
• Knowledge of Java EE (CDI, EJB, JAX-WS...) and/or Spring framework
• Experience with WildFly application server
• Experience in implementation and mainetenance of SIP solutions on server side

Nice to have skills:

• Familiarity with telco business processes
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Perl, Python or some other scripting language

Responsibilities:

• Be involved in the full development lifecycle from design to delivery into production
• Take ownership for the effective resolution of issues as they arise at the direction of the product owner
• Application testing and production of testing documentation
• Writing software technical documentation

Qualifications:

• Computer Science degree or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience
• English (fluent in spoken and written). German will be considered as a big plus.
