- Participate in the Affiliate Marketing Program including strategy and approach, delivery, and performance measures of the program
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement
- Recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance affiliate program, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI
- Monitor and assist with internal projects and collaborations affecting the affiliate department reporting and tools
- Recruit new affiliate partners, onboard new partners
- Manage affiliate partners and monitor incoming advertising from affiliate partners
- Able to nurture and retain affiliate relationships
- Attending conferences (including international)
Desired skills and experience:
- Previous experience as an Affiliate / Account manager would be a plus
- Previous experience in iGaming would be a plus
- Smart forward thinking and sense of working to deadlines quickly and calmly
- Thrives on multiple tasking.
- Generating new and innovative ideas to solve issues and push the business forwards.
- Builds strong relationships with clients and publishers.
