Job Description► Development of the Wiper blades and arms and related packaging for Aftermarket (AA) ► Make project development schedule, coordinate and assign task to relative department, tracking status, make sure project can be SOP on time ► Generation of technical documentation for new products (drawings, parts lists) ► Driving the Technical change management process ► Assure product quality by application of quality methods ► Participate in technical supplier discussions ► Support problem solving and technical changes and ensure product quality by application of quality methods | Qualifications► Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (BSc), Master’s degree is an advantage (MSc) ► CAD experience (3D modelling, 2D drafting) is an advantage ► Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage ► Knowledge in design of die casted, stamped and/or injection moulded components would be considered as an advantage ► Good English language skills in speaking and writing is mandatory, German language is an advantage ► Strong focus on quality ► Flexibility, willingness to travel for business trips ► High degree of motivation / initiative ► Excellent communication skills |
