Mobility Aftermarket Logistics Department is looking to further extend our teams with performance and quality oriented Interns.

The department Logistics Planning & Fulfillment (MA/LOP) deals in material planning and logistics with the procurement of merchandises for the worldwide Automotive Aftermarket business. Its range of responsibilities includes the definition of dispositive logistic processes, the distribution and disposition of merchandises to warehouse locations handled by AA in Europe and furthermore the handling of several special processes.

Job Description

► Support logistics planning team to reach target delivery dates to our customers, using special internal processes
► Planning, organization, follow up and monitoring special transports working closely with other departments, suppliers and forwarding agents
► Work in international team to implement existing procedures and processes, as well as their proactive and continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and cost reduction
► Daily cooperation, oral and written communication in English with other Company's entities, suppliers, and forwarders world-wide to ensure reaching key targets
► SAP - creating orders, deliveries, stock relocations
► Monitoring all steps of different processes - dispatch, transport, stocking, quality management (SAP and MS Excel based) to ensure efficient stock and time management
► Proactive teamwork in international and dynamic team, with strong ability to prioritize tasks and meat tight deadlines
► Keep training documentation up to date, planning and performing training session for new colleagues with logistics planning team.

Qualifications

You would be a perfect match to our team if:

► You are recent graduate or last year student of Business Administration focused on Logistics (Preferably Faculty of Transportation and Traffic engineering, Faculty of Organizational Science and Faculty of Economics)
► You have Strong organizational and communication skills and follow-up ability
► You are advanced knowledge of MS office, with focus on Excel
► You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
► You are willing to work in an international team
