Office and HR Intern

We are Hive Ventures Services, part of the Nicoll Curtin Group, International Recruitment Agency since 1999th, with headquarters in London, UK, and offices in Switzerland and Singapore.

We are expanding our Internal Recruitment team and we are looking to hire an Office and HR intern who will learn and assist us in our day to day duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with external suppliers and overseeing office-related tasks, as well as assisting with 
  the organization of company events
• Helping the internal recruitment process and learning how to attract and source candidates on
  different international markets
• Assisting with Employer branding and marketing activities

Candidate profile:

• Student – Final year of bachelor’s or master’s studies
• Able to work part-time or full-time
• Eager to learn and develop skills in the field of office management, marketing, and HR 
• Communicative person, fluent in English
• Outside of the box thinker. You don’t take “no” as an answer and are willing to go beyond and above 
  to make things happen
