As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. Job Description:Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team: ► You will be the central point of contact regarding Software Supply Chain for Software Bill of Matrial (S-BOM) and Open Source software (OSS) license/usage for non-embedded projects in PT ► You run the initiation processes for S-BOM and OSS checks in non-embedded projects, you co-ordinate people and all related tasks both with shared function departments as well as project managers / product owners ► You regularly inform your stakeholders and report in writing on the S-BOM and OSS project status during the Quality Gate meetings ► You manage involved parties, either in other divisions of Bosch as well as external service and product providers ► You ensure the application of all methodologies and procedures by all team members ► You monitor risks, required documentation and prepare the S-BOM and OSS Project closure papers ► You manage Change Requests and maintain the required documentation in both paper and electronic forms according to company’s standards ► You prepare the Closure Form and lessons learned document ► You track status of annual OSS checks of PT/BDO within Application Compliance Lifecycle management ► You review OSS components (license terms and obligations) and approval of the same (through legal team) to be used in software development ► You drive the centralization of S-BOM by defining standard processed, structure and toolsets |
Qualifications:Who you are: ► Degree in Project Management or Computer Science ► 3+ years of professional experience in project management, development and/or OSS platforms ► Familiar with information security standard ISO 27001 (ISO27k), PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) is a plus ► You are familiar with standards like CycloneDX and/or SPDX ► Knowledge on Open Source Licensing & Compliance and Coding would be an advantage ► Strong communication and coordination skills ► Languages: English fluent, German optional You would be a perfect match to our team if: ► You are eager to work with the newest technologies ► You are proactive and you adapt easily to a new development environment, but don’t worry, we will be there every step of the way, supporting each other ► You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects ► You’re a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally ► You take ownership of projects and tasks ► You’re not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenges |
