Job Description

► Ensure operations for solutions out of the area of connected mobility services, this includes cloud service and remote devices.
► 2nd Level incident and problem management based on ITIL processes
► Campaign management for software rollouts in productive remote devices
► Work together with the development team in order to automate frequent operations tasks
► Tracking and reporting of key performance metrics
► Improving daily operation tasks and processes

Qualifications

► Understanding of embedded systems, as well as creating operational requirements and process documents
► You understand how cloud services work. If you don’t but have willingness to learn – just as good.
► It would be a plus if you have a bachelor/master degree in technical field. If you do not, but have a proven track of practical experience – you are more than welcome.
► Structured approach, goal-orientation and team player with communication skills
► Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), German is not a must but could be helpful
► Knowledge of monitoring tools e.g. New Relic, AppDynamics, Grafana or Nagios
► Knowledge in data analytic tools could be helpful
► Working with MS Office Tools
