Your responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating different marketing campaign activities between several teams and stakeholders (partner operations managers, marketing campaigns managers, commercial managers, and others)
- Following media partnership activities (starting from negotiation process downstream, request site approval by our partners, ordering affiliate account creation when necessary, checking the tracking link and marketing materials implementation on media sites)
- Alignment of certain activities related to campaigns and making sure all included stakeholders are organized in accordance with the project timelines
- Own the full overview of all marketing campaigns and media partnerships across multiple markets
- Understand new projects and campaigns and make sure all stakeholders are well informed and on the same side
- Follow performance indicators and flag potential abnormalities
- Contribute to defining standard processes for our most common campaign initiatives
- Collaborate with the Commercial, Finance, Business Intelligence, Legal, and other teams to ensure a full understanding of targeted markets, their legal requirements and performance
- Awareness of the competitor's landscape and reporting to Commercial team in order to improve Better Collective’s current position
- Assist with ongoing projects
Required skills
- Excellent English communications skills
- Experience in project and campaign management
- Experience in cross team collaboration and coordination
- Team oriented with highly developed social skills
