Payroll Supervisor

Requiriments:

• University degree - Faculty of Economics or Faculty of Organizational Sciences;
• Work experience of minimum 3 years at relevant position;
• Being familiar with the regulations related to salaries and compensation;
• Advanced level of English language proficiency;
• Computer literacy (MS Office) - advance level;
• Experience in operation in SAP system;
• Experience in managing teams;
• Ability to analyze, interpret and explain data;
• Good knowledge of legal framework related to employment relations;
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll process at the level of Hemofarm Group;
• Manage payroll process automation;
• Provide support in creating digital HR environment;
• Manage the process of business travel allowance calculation;
• Continuous engagement on team members competences improvement;
• Creating the employees’ award and benefit system;
• Involved in creating and developing HR policies and procedures;
• Regular monitoring and implementing legal salary–related procedures.
