Process Engineer for Dispensing and Manufacturing Technologies

Job Description:

► Responsible for manufacturing process including dispensing technology: application, optimization and development
► Responsible for introduction and release of new processes; coordination of new process release
► Responsible for specifying and releasing machines and equipment process during acquisition; coordination of tasks during relocation and ramp-up phase
► Analyzes complex manufacturing processes with focus on points before and after to ensure continuous progress, efficiency, quality, functionality and competitiveness
► Analyzes problems to find root cause and develop countermeasures
► Ensures that process documentation is in accordance with internal/external quality requirements
► Provides training for associates within technical functions department

Qualifications:

► University degree in Mechanical engineering
► Relevant working experience on similar job position
► Excellent technical problem solving skills
► Excellent knowledge of problem solving methods (8D, Six Sigma etc.)
► Knowledge of MS office suit
► Knowledge of English language – both written and spoke

Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment)►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data

►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse Syste
