Quality Engineer (Accept Graduates)

Job Brief

This position plays an important role to ensure the quality of final product by establishing the quality control standards and process. It keeps close communication with customers; receive audit from customer; organize resources to solve the issues raised from customer and production period.

You'll be responsible for:

• Set up quality control plan and system for new product according to customer's quality standard and IATF 16949 criteria Prepare and receive internal and external audits
• Keep close communication with customers especially regarding the quality requirements for new product, apply with correct actions for these requirements in production;
• Facilitate the solving of quality issues raised from customer's complain or from production period, find the root cause, implement short term and long term actions;
• Participate in and support various kinds of continuous improvement and cost down plans.

We expect you:

• College degree or above, in engineering related major is preferred
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949;
• Customer and target oriented; good sense of communication;
