Job Description:

►Supports production processes in preventive quality assurance

►Identifies potential risks in the serial production for the product / customer

►Proposes process improvements and implementation in cooperation with the responsible person for production

►Participates in production meetings and ensures the fulfillment of quality requirements

►Meetings with customers, as well as with internal functions in case of product quality problems

►Processes and analyzes complaints by the customer, as well as the claims of products under warranty

►Leads the process of resolving customer complaints (8D & IQIS)

►Supports the production process in internal claims management (P2P and plant internal)

►Leads the process of troubleshooting, track claims, 8D process and update information in IQIS and customer portals

►Support in FMEA

►Coordination of blocking / releasing parts after claim

Qualifications:

►VI-VII degree of education (Mechanical or Technical faculty) 

►Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

►English language knowledge

►Advanced computer literacy

►Advanced IT skills, knowledge of MS office suite

►Good knowledge of Q methods and statistical skills

►SAP knowledge
