Reservations Assistant
Belgrade
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and modify customized private luxury itineraries and price breakdowns;
- Get quotes from suppliers and hotels;
- Issue invoices and process clients’ payments;
- Work in collaboration with hotel specialist to confirm hotels’ bookings;
- Follow up on pending requests;
- Keep the company’s files updated.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Independently process requests up to USD 10k;
- Reduce response time to send itineraries to agents;
- Complete the daily workload assigned;
- Quality log (reduce mistakes/defects).
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English) to interact with international clients and vendors;
- Meticulous attention to details;
- Ability to learn by experience and pick things up quickly while on the job, as well as to research and problem solve;
- Professional, proactive, resourceful, positive, team-oriented attitude;
- Excellent multitasking skills.
