Key responsibilities:
- Participating in development, implementation and improvement of credit underwriting process for Walk-in channel
- Defining credit approval rules for Walk-in channel
- Coordination of the implementation of the credit approval rules and verification of their correct way to work
- Monitoring and follow up of the efficiency and of the functionality of the decision credit risk rules and methodologies
- Follow up of related NBS and law regulations in area of credit risk, preparing and update of internal procedures and decision rules accordingly, ensuring alignment with regulatory framework
- Participation in development of risk indicators and decisional (scores) models
- Participation in development and validation of internal scoring model
- Credit Risk related reporting and data quality ensuring
- Coaching junior members in the team
For the good start you will need:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of NBS regulations
- Knowledge of Retail Credit risk management processes and principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS office, advanced level of Excel
- Fluency in English
