Sales Officer

Vopachel d.o.o. Šabac is looking for highly competent and motivated candidates for the position of: 

Sales Officer

Required qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree (business administration, economics)
• Min. 3 years of sales experience and knowledge of the Balkan market
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required
• Solid computer skills – Excel (VBA knowledge is an advantage), Word, Power point, Outlook
• Knowledge of Business Object and SAP R3 is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of margin management
• Willingness to travel to the customers locally and abroad
• Valid driving license

Main responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new customers
• Maintaining relations with the current customers by planning periodical visits
• Process customer orders and communicate status
• Manage customer requests and claims
• Create sales analysis and statistics
• Margin analysis
• Contribution to the development of documents such as sales budgets and forecasts and market mapping
