The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Job Description:

► Supplier scouting and development
► Supplier contact / maintain supplier relationship
► Monitoring and improvement quality, cost and delivery performance indicators
►  Price analysis and price benchmarking (based on strategy definition)
► Supplier assessment and evaluation
► Supplier decision preparation and documentation
► Support global lead buyer in global material field and supplier strategy development
► Preparation and participation strategy meetings
► Demand analysis, RFQ preparation and execution
► Support preparation of negotiation design and execution of defined negotiations of purchasing agreements and price contracts (within global buyer’s network)
► Purchasing project management: support release of suppliers and products, secure ramp up / launch of new products or transfers of business
► Generate and evaluate ideas for cost savings projects
► Regular update on price development, supplier and project status
► Business planning for dedicated similarity classes
► Co-ordination of tasks with other functions (PM, PUQ, CLP)
► Support global lead buyer
►  Support in Technical & Quality issues

Qualifications:

► 3 to 5 years of Experience in purchasing or supply chain, preferably in Automotive Aftermarket
► Experience in assessing existing and building up new suppliers
► Experience in purchasing, supplier management and price negotiation
► Fluent English is mandatory, German will be considered as an advantage
► Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
► Good organizational skills and self-commitment
► Great listening skills and good in communication in difficult situations
