Job Description

► Spare parts and instrument management
Responsible for spare parts and operation instrument management, analyze and handle system malfunction. Inspect equipment to ensure that specifications are met or to detect any defects.

► Control, monitor equipment requirements
Control, monitor, or operate equipment that regulates or distributes electricity.

► Respond to emergencies
Respond to emergencies during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns. Track conditions that could affect power needs, adjust equipment to meet any anticipated changes.

► Repair, maintain using hand tools
Repair, maintain, or clean equipment or machinery, using hand tools.

► Utilization of resources
Utilization of resources from other work units. Working under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods; providing information and/or advising others; and operating within a defined budget.

► Building and grounds maintenance
Manages and directs work programs for the maintenance of buildings, electrical systems, computer networks, alarm systems. Prepares budgets and work scopes for contracted maintenance activities

► Work with BMS system
Works with BMS system for Facility Management in terms of tracking parametrization, problem solving, analysis and similar.

► Working under limited supervision
Responsibilities include: working under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods; providing information and/or advising others; and operating within a defined budget.

Other activities as instructed by the employer.

Qualifications

► University degree (Electro technical faculty and similar)

► 0 – 3 years of experience

►  English language knowledge both written and spoken   

► Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office suite

► Team oriented person

► Excellent organization, planning and communication skills
