How can you put your talent to work?

• Initiating and leading human resource programs and projects for our clients
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of our clients’ businesses whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships to strengthen and grow existing accounts
• Partner with our clients, taking ownership of their HR issues and initiatives, and work to resolve these to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome for the client

What have you discovered so far?

• Proven experience as a HR consultant/HR business partner/T&D senior/HR manager
• Experience in project management preferably HR related
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
• Solid understanding of data science, research methods and analysis
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• BSc/BA in human resources, management or relevant social science field; MSc/MA will be a plus
