- Have End-to-End responsibility for the operation of the PAM-Solution and assigned test and integration environments
- Ensure the ongoing operation, be responsible for maintenance and the installation of updates/upgrades and patching
- Configure the PAM-Solution and adjust it based on current requirements
- Be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, the Health-Check monitoring and you take care of incidents and outages
- Be responsible for the expansion/adjustment of the PAM-solution and Pam-plugins via scripting (CLI, REST-API).
- Implement discovery and import scripts when onboarding accounts
- Support users with the use of the PAM-solution
- Be available for on-call duties outside of office hours
If you have:
- Completed technical IT education and/or comparable, multi-years of professional experience as well as general knowledge of IT/ICT services and platforms
- Multi-year experience as well as expert knowledge on the operation and maintenance of servers and applications
- Very good technical understanding of authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.); SSH key management, multi-factor authentication, SSO (SAML)
- You ideally already have experience in the operation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Excellent English language skills
- Experience with identity management, directory services
- Experience with service management (ITIL)
