Solution Architect

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for quality IT solution design that is compliant with business requirements, in medium/high complexity projects
• Active participation in company’s leading IT strategy activities
• Active support in requirements clarification combined with leadership role for IT teams, resulting in adequate solution agreement
• When in the role of solution architect in a project, responsible for delivering Solution design document
• Leading and coordinating the team dedicated to technical analysis and supporting IT delivery activities
• Insuring quality testing and implementation of the agreed functionalities, as well as delivery and fulfillment of business requests
• Technical lead in the implementation phase of project and/or performing Technical Project Management, per need
• Providing partnering role to business analysts, system architects and  developers
• Close and transparent cooperation with project managers and all relevant business, technology and project stakeholders
• Communicating, knowledge sharing and supporting technology and IT strategy in IT department
• Spreading awareness and importance of IT architecture principles, bringing new ideas for the ways of work

For the good start, you will need:

• University degree preferable from Telecommunication or IT area
• Good business understanding
• Experience within Telecommunication or IT area
• Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently 
• A result-oriented individual
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
