The department Logistics Planning & Fulfillment deals in material planning and logistics with the procurement of merchandises for the worldwide Automotive Aftermarket business. Its range of responsibilities includes the definition of dispositive logistic processes, the distribution and disposition of merchandises to warehouse locations handled by AA in Europe and furthermore the handling of several special processes.

Job Description:

• You will execute the procurement planning to ensure on-time material delivery according to customer / production demand
• You will manage external suppliers' performance and processes and control supply chain inventory via continuous improvement activities to realize KPIs achievement
• You will create Mid / Long-term material plan according to market demand / consumption history / production capacity and communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure material preparation and capacity reservation
• You will plan and order materials according to lead time with proper transportation mode
• You will monitor suppliers' delivery adherence to ensure the on-time delivery to make sure the material availability for production
• You will negotiate the rescheduling of purchase order with supplier according to material requirement planning

Qualifications:

• You are graduated (bachelor / master of business administration) focused on Logistics
• You have experience in material planning / supply chain planning
• You have knowledge of MS office, with focus on Excel
• You have experience in SAP (at least in MM module)
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• You have high ability to work in an International team
• You are open-minded person
• You have good teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility
