Job Description

►  Technical change representative during planning and validation phases, until final releases.

► Tracking status of engineering change requests (ECR’s) and keeping records up-to-date

► Organizing and leading regular meetings with project teams.

► Presentation of the change request and its quality assurance plan in the regular review meetings.

► Escalation to the Steering Committee if necessary after prior decision of the Review Team.

► Preparation of standardized documentation and processing change requests in ECM Future app.

► Communication with sales and creation of customer presentations.

► Presentation of technical change requests on regular Change Gates.

► Close collaboration with global change coordinator for the purpose of change implementation in different plants.

► KPI follow up and reporting.

Qualifications:

► University degree in industrial/mechanical engineering, organizational sciences or similar (MSc, BSc)

► Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management

► Knowledge of customer processes for automotive components would be considered as an advantage

► English language fluency is mandatory

► German language knowledge is an advantage

► Excellent communication and organizational skills

► Excellent analytical skills
