Warehouse Supervisor

Travelling: up to 10% within Serbia - visiting authorities, partners

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION 

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible of the whole warehousing activities. He/she supervises the warehouse staff and the daily operational activities, assigning employees, establishing and monitoring operations, security procedures and internal processes, and following up on work results. He/she is the contact point of other departments to achieve high levels of external and internal customer satisfaction. 

Warehouse supervisor is responsible both for Finish Goods and Raw Material warehouse. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels conducting physical counts and reconciling the data with the ERP system
• Measure warehouse activities
• Maintain items records
• Identify areas of improvement and establish new procedures
• Coordinate activities with other internal actors 
• Hire and train warehouse personnel

JOB REQUIREMENTS  (EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION…)

• High school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree is a plus 
• A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in warehouse supervising/managerial position
• Administrative skills
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• ERP knowledge – M3 is a plus
• Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure 
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• English
