Role Description

We’re hiring an Advertising Account Manager or Coordinator fluent in Mandarin & English, with hands-on agency experience and deep familiarity with China’s media and social platforms.

You’ll serve as a key bridge between clients and internal teams, managing day-to-day campaign execution, client communication, and performance reporting. Your China market knowledge will directly shape strategies on platforms like WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, Douyin, and Baid etc.

This is a full-time on-site position based in either Zagreb, Croatia, or Belgrade, Serbia.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years in an advertising/digital agency
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English (written & spoken)
  • Strong understanding of China’s digital ecosystem: social platforms, KOL landscape, media trends, and regulatory basics
  • Skills to assist in media planning, market research, strategy development
  • Account coordination or junior management experience – organized, proactive, and client-friendly

Essential Qualifications

  • A degree or specialization in marketing/communication/media and advertising
  • High attention to detail, with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Canva
