Account Representative ITAD

Eqytech operates in Belgrade, as a branch of Green Wave Electronics a leading electronics recycler based in the USA, dedicated to providing sustainable recycling solutions since 2007. Our mission is to promote environmental responsibility through effective recycling practices while serving a diverse range of clients nationwide. 

Green Wave is an industry leader in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) service industry, with locations in the US from coast to coast. We provide our customers with cradle to grave solutions for their IT equipment. 

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Representative for our ITAD business in the USA. In this role, you will be serving as a point person for our key accounts. This role plays an integral part in client account management, operational support and financial success for the assigned client base. You will be responsible for scheduling our services, sending reports to the clients, customer satisfaction feedback and customer retention.

This is an on-site position that requires strong focus, responsibility, and excellent English communication skills. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 12-8pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary customer account manager for assigned portfolio, interacting regularly with client via phone or email
• Collect information about the services needed, schedule our services and effectively communicate with the operations team about customers’ needs to ensure that we meet and exceed customers’ expectations
• Perform service follow up activities, such as customer satisfaction survey, sending reports to the customers, etc
• Resolve potential issues that may be identified prior, during and after our services
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with the customers
• Escalate any issues to the Manager

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• 5 years of customer service experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
