Our team is seeking ACCOUNTANT with 5+ years of experience to join our team in KRAGUJEVAC

Individual will be responsible for various accounting functions.

The job expectations for the Accountant are as follows:

• AR and AP Oversight and Control
• Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Account Reconciliation: Comparing general ledger entries with bank statements and other records to identify and resolve discrepancies. Comparing agency earnings and cash receipts.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborating with management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts to guide future spending.
• Auditing: Conducting internal audits to evaluate financial health, identify risks, and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Preparation of financial reports- monthly reports, weekly financial analysis, and quarterly meeting reports
• Reconciliations of accounts
• Journalizing data  
• Billing
• Assist with customer service and Operations Manager Support
• Manage Trailer Titles
• Secretary of State Title Fillings
• Follow policies and procedures
• Other as assigned

Required qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Mandatory skills of computer work, using MS Office suite
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Excel experience desired
• Knowledge of transportation – trucking industry is a plus
• Experience in software development and testing is a plus
• Ability to Build Positive Business Relationships with Business Partners
