For our office in Belgrade, we are looking for:

Accountant (m/f)

Direct Reporting: Accounting and Tax Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices for goods and services, checking accuracy and posting entries
• Supporting preparation of documentation for audit purposes
• Reconciling receivables and payables with suppliers and customers
• Assisting in preparation of documentation related to outstanding receivables
• Posting bank statements and handling local and foreign currency transactions
• Maintaining customer accounts, calculating interest on overdue balances, and reconciling accounts

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics and Related Fields
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial and accounting roles
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
• Desirable work experience in SAP

Critical competencies for this role:

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including invoice posting, bank statement processing, and account reconciliation.
