Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Administrator to join our team in Novi Sad. This is an office-based position focused on accounting and billing tasks on the brokerage side of our logistics business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing billing through customer platforms.
- Processing incoming documentation (invoices, delivery notes, additional costs).
- Preparing invoices and sending documentation to clients.
- Keeping records of inflows and outflows and updating the system.
- Communicating with subcontractors to collect documentation and payment details.
- Providing payment status information.
Qualifications
- Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in accounting/billing is desirable.
- Knowledge of Excel and online platforms is desirable.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
