Manila International LLC is a fast-growing American trucking company with operations across the U.S. market.

Based in Lemont, Illinois, we manage a modern fleet of around 50 trucks and are now entering our third year of business.

As our company continues to grow, we are expanding our Belgrade office and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a stable, long-term career in a professional and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and organizing load documentation
  • Submitting loads for billing
  • Tracking and controlling payments
  • Preparing driver statements
  • (Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus)

Requirements:

  • Strong English skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required - full paid training provided
