Accounting Assistant

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive, verify, and post invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies in the main accounting system – SAP
- Post bank statements in the accounting system
- Process business travel expenses and expense reports
- Record incoming documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform reconciliation of analytical and synthetic records
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist in monitoring and adjusting the general ledger
- Reconcile receivables, payables, and compensations
- Issue invoices for services
- Support month-end closing activities
- Collect and prepare data and documentation for auditors and other relevant parties
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1 year or more of relevant experience in accounting is preferable
- Medium knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced computer proficiency (MS Office and accounting software)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
