Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and payment tracking
• Payroll processing, bonuses, and expense calculations
• Communication with brokers and factoring companies
• Recording and archiving financial documentation
• Working with accounting and transportation software (QuickBooks, Pro Transport)
• Preparing monthly financial reports

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry
• Advanced knowledge of English
• High level of accuracy and responsibility
• Accounting and financial skills
• Experience working with accounting software and transportation documentation
