Accounting Officer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accounting Officer to join our team. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation and maintaining up-to-date accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and up-to-date maintenance of accounting records and documentation in accordance with laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Posting transactions and verifying documentation (investment properties, fixed assets, intangible investments, inventory, leasing, expenses, office supplies).
• Calculating depreciation and reconciling records with the general ledger.
• Preparing quarterly and annual inventory consumption reports.
• Cash register operations and maintaining the cash register diary.
• Preparing purchase documentation and payment orders.
• Archiving incoming invoices and contracts; verification and activation of tenant promissory notes.
• Recording expenses by inventory and entering issued invoices for tenants in the SEF system.
• Cooperation with other organizational units; performing other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting role
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of Business Central would be considered an advantage.
• English language
