DSK Logistics Inc is looking for Accountant and Safety & Compliance Assistant

DSK LOGISTICS INC is US based transportation and logistics company looking to expand its team in our office in Novi Sad. The candidate will be employed at company DSK LOGISTICS DOO, which provides outsourcing services for DSK LOGISTICS INC.

The Safety & Compliance Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assessing driver qualifications, auditing monthly maintenance files and ensuring the company stays current with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules and regulations.

Accountant will be responsible for data entry and ensuring that all paperwork is in order. Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Spanish language is an advantage
• Work from the office (Novi Sad) Monday-Friday 
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, communicative and detail-oriented person
• Proficiency with the computer technology (Excel spreadsheets, G-drive), ability to learn to work with company specific and online applications and portals)
• Strong multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively with others on a team and work efficiently independently and with a sense of urgency.
• Self-starter who finds opportunities for development and improvement.
• Experience with Federal Motor Carrier Administration Regulations preferred, but not required.
