Job description:

• Managing and overseeing accounting and financial processes in accordance with US GAAP standards, with a focus on the trucking and logistics industry
• Posting business transactions to the general ledger, recording revenues and expenses, and maintaining sub-ledgers and analytical accounts
• Processing and posting incoming invoices, verifying compliance with contracts and approvals, and preparing payment orders
• Recording and posting outgoing invoices, ensuring completeness of documentation, and reconciling revenue by loads and periods, with identification of discrepancies
• Recording collections, closing receivables, performing bank reconciliations, and providing necessary data to the Collections team
• Performing monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and fuel cards, and monitoring transactions
• Participating in monthly and annual closing processes and preparing financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, internal reports)
• Analyzing revenue and cost variances and proposing process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of financial data
• Being responsible for timely and high-quality task execution and efficient process performance
• Maintaining confidentiality of business information in accordance with applicable regulations
• Safeguarding company assets and applying occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection measures
• Performing other tasks in line with qualifications and as assigned by supervisors

Professional Requirements:

• VI or VII level of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficient computer skills
• Minimum of two years of experience in the same or similar roles
• Knowledge of US GAAP standards and relevant U.S. tax regulations
