We are currently recruiting for the role of:

Accounting Supervisor
responsible for receivables, inventory, and cash flows

Responsibilities:

• As a Supervisor for Receivables, Inventory, and Cash Flows within the Accounting team, you will be one of the key pillars of the finance function. In this dynamic role, you will:
• Lead and develop a team responsible for receivables, inventory, and cash flow activities.
• Establish and monitor accuracy standards for the entry, processing and recording of accounting data.
• Oversee inventory control, including ledger postings, reconciliations, and alignment with balance‑sheet accounts.
• Manage production cost accounting, covering material consumption, indirect costs, variance analysis, cost calculations, and related postings.
• Participate in the control of sales accounting, receivables, provisions, and reconciliation of AR.
• Coordinate VAT calculations and periodic financial closings activities.
• Reconcile electronic invoices and supporting documentation, including records in the SEF system.
• Contribute to the preparation of corporate reports in line with US GAAP standards, covering receivables, inventory, production, and cash flows.
• Collaborate with internal departments, auditors, banks, external partners, and government authorities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new procedures, digital automation projects, and process improvements.
• Monitor local and international accounting and tax regulations and apply them in daily operations.

Your role will have a direct impact on the quality of financial reporting and on the company’s strategic decisions related to its core business.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience in accounting, especially in receivables and inventory (prior experience in production cost accounting is an advantage).
• Is familiar with accounting and tax regulations, as well as international standards (experience with US GAAP is an advantage).
• Actively uses English in both written and spoken communication (able to actively participate in meetings and training sessions).
• Can lead a team, organize work, support team members and share knowledge.
• Is precise, analytical, and responsible.
