Telesol Group is a dynamic and growing company operating in an international environment, delivering innovative solutions across multiple markets. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to strengthen our finance team.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Perform regular review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy
• Perform intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Maintain high-quality accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable standards
• Identify and resolve any accounting discrepancies in a timely and structured manner
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate closely with local and international teams to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls
• Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations
• Other required tasks by line manager

Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international environment
• Accounting or finance related BA – any international accounting certificate will be considered an advantage
• Strong hands-on experience with balance sheet reconciliation and intercompany accounting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS)
• Experience working with multinational companies or shared service centers is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams and cultures
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
• Fluent in English
