Accounts Payable Specialist

Marketech, the team behind iPlayPlatform, is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Belgrade. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced iGaming industry, with a strong focus on managing vendor payments, monitoring compliance, and ensuring smooth execution of both crypto and fiat transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute vendor payments in crypto and fiat, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Verify and reconcile transaction fees for all outgoing payments.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly AP reports to support finance and management.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
• Act as a point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders on AP matters.
• Contribute to process improvements in AP tailored to the iGaming sector, with a focus on scalability, automation, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or payments-related finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and analytical.
• Team player, adaptable to a fast-paced and international environment.
• Familiarity with crypto payments, gaming/fintech, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
