We are looking for new team members who will shape the future of our new Corporate Finance Shared Service Center (CFSSC) in Novi Sad. As the CFSSC is being established, there is a greater opportunity to contribute to process improvement, operation optimization, and implementation of market best practices.

Join our growing team as the 3rd Accounts Payable Team Leader!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day AP operations: invoice verification, payment runs (checks, ACH, wire), credit card reconciliations, and supplier setup
  • Resolve escalated vendor issues (e.g., discrepancies, credits, inquiries)
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls; support audits
  • Monitor KPIs and process performance; implement continuous improvements
  • Mentor and train team members; manage performance and targets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in AP operations; ideally with team leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency with accounting software (strongly preferred SAP FI)
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and streamline processes for optimal efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
