Are numbers your thing? Do you enjoy organizing payments, solving issues, and keeping everything running smoothly? We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team and support our fast-growing logistics operations.

This is a 100% in-office role. You’ll handle payments, invoices, and accounting queries for drivers, clients, and partners — all while working closely with a friendly, supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Process payments for drivers, clients, and partners
  • Handle invoicing and collect documentation from partners
  • Provide accurate updates on payment statuses or respond to inquiries
  • Find solutions to issues from drivers, clients, and partners
  • Track completed and missed payments
  • Support the team with general bookkeeping and accounting tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting for U.S. transport industry
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working Monday–Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM, in-office
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Analytical thinker who can multitask and manage priorities
  • Basic math, bookkeeping, and accounting skills
