We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Grammer Business Centre. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and also has proficiency in at least one additional language, preferably German, Czech or Polish. This role involves supporting various administrative tasks, coordinating communication across teams and with international partners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners in English and other languages.
- Assist in translating and interpreting documents or messages as needed.
- Help maintain organized records and support project coordination.
- Handle ad hoc tasks requiring flexibility and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and proficient in at least one additional language (German, Czech or Polish preferred).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior administrative or office experience is a plus.
