After-Hours Support Specialist

We are a logistics company operating in the U.S. transportation market, and we're currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented After-Hours Support Specialist to join our growing team in Vranje. 

Location: Vranje, Serbia (This is an in-office position only; working from home is not an option)

Working Hours:  Enjoy a flexible 4-Day Schedule | Morning & Overnight Shifts (6 AM – 2 PM / 10 PM – 6 AM)

Main Responsibilities: 

• Provide after-hours support for ELD (Electronic Logging Device) systems, including troubleshooting and driver assistance 
• Support maintenance operations by coordinating repairs, tracking service schedules, and communicating with drivers and vendors 
• Assist with afterhours dispatch operations, including load updates, driver communication, and issue resolution 
• Respond promptly to driver inquiries and emergencies during off-hours 
• Coordinate with daytime teams to ensure smooth handoff and continuity of operations

Requirements: 

• Solid English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is not required, but any background is considered a plus 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
