Afterhours Specialist (Belgrade Office)

Location: Belgrade On-site
Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 | 3 days on / 3 days off rotation (approx. 15 working days per month)
Starting Salary: 1200+ USD net

Takeoff Fleet is looking for reliable and proactive Afterhours Specialists to join our afterhours operations team in Belgrade. In this role, you will provide critical overnight support to drivers operating in the US trucking market.

You will act as the first point of contact for drivers during urgent situations, coordinating roadside assistance, issuing EFS payments, and resolving problems in real time while following clear operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Support & Breakdowns

- Answer breakdown-related calls from drivers

- Collect photos and details of the issue and troubleshoot remotely when possible

- Coordinate roadside service or direct drivers to the nearest repair shop

- Authorize repairs and arrange payment when needed

- Collect and submit photos, invoices, and related documentation

EFS & Operational Payments

- Issue EFS codes for approved purchases (repairs, lumpers, etc.)

- Collect and submit receipts and documentation

Fuel Card Support

- Place fuel cards on/off hold when necessary

- Assist drivers with fuel-related issues

Accident Support

- Follow company accident response procedures and ensure proper documentation

Track & Trace Support

- Monitor shipment and truck status during overnight operations

- Communicate with drivers and brokers to provide load updates when required

- Maintain accurate load notes and operational updates in internal systems

Requirements

- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

- Previous experience in dispatch, driver support, or logistics operations

- US trucking experience preferred

- Ability to stay calm and organized in urgent situations

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Must be based in Belgrade and able to work on-site
