The AI Manager role is about turning ideas of a digital future into real customer experiences. Responsibilities:
- Lead AI initiatives (chatbots, voicebots, AI assistants, automation), from concept to measurable impact
- Identify and shape practical AI use cases that improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Own and evolve the AI roadmap in line with business goals and digital strategy
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, complexity, and ROI
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, data, digital, operations) and external partners to deliver AI solutions
- Track performance of AI solutions and continuously optimize their impact
- Communicate insights, results, and progress to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
- Drive initiatives that increase digital adoption and reduce reliance on live support channels
- Lead and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- Minimum higher education degree (college level), preferably a university degree
- Degree in Organizational Sciences, IT, or a related field
- Experience in digital transformation and working with AI tools (chat, chatbots, voicebots, digital applications, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent English proficiency and strong presentation skills
- Experience in project management and leading projects
