In this role, you will handle customer reported billing discrepancies, perform detailed validation of the claim, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely resolution. Handling customer reported billing discrepancies, performing detailed validation of the claim, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely resolution. Working closely with our Customer Care Locations (CCL), Revenue Care Centers (RCC), and DE Accounting to clarify issues, correct inaccuracies, and provide clear feedback where customer misunderstandings arise. Directly contributing to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and billing accuracy across the Air Logistics product.
